T & C Materials, LLC provides construction aggregates, landscaping materials, and related delivery services to customers in the Conroe, Houston, and The Woodlands areas. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse service at our sole discretion.
Product descriptions, including material specifications and images, are provided for informational purposes. Natural materials may vary in color, texture, and composition. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that product descriptions are error-free or that colors displayed on your device are accurate representations.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted are valid at the time of quotation and may be subject to adjustment before order confirmation. Orders are not binding until confirmed by T & C Materials, LLC. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
Payment is due at the time of order unless credit terms have been established in writing. Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders as required by law. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance, material weight, and equipment requirements.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. The customer is responsible for ensuring adequate site access for delivery vehicles and for designating a safe and legal dumping location.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of materials to the designated location. The customer is responsible for inspecting materials upon delivery and must report any discrepancies or damage within 24 hours.
By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to receive text messages from T & C Materials, LLC from 936-279-2959 regarding customer care. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Messages are recurring and message frequency varies. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan.
Opt-out: You can opt out of the SMS list at anytime by texting, emailing, or replying STOP to info@tcmaterialsllc.com or 936-279-2959. After unsubscribing, you will receive a final SMS to confirm you have unsubscribed and we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, T & C Materials, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services; any conduct or content of any third party; any content obtained from our services; or unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
In no event shall our aggregate liability for all claims related to these Terms exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific products or services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless T & C Materials, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of T & C Materials, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
